Diagnostic Imaging Specialist

Woodland Heights Medical Center is seeking a skilled Diagnostic Imaging Specialist to join our team. As a Diagnostic Imaging Specialist, you will play a critical role in providing diagnostic aid to physicians by conducting organ or body scans on patients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer and record isotope dosages in accordance with established departmental protocol.
  • Observe patients during procedures and report any abnormal activity.
  • Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
  • Perform a variety of tasks under general supervision.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of an accredited school of Radiologic Technology and registration with the Nuclear Medicine Technology certification Board, the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (A.R.R.T.), or the American Society of Clinical Pathology.
  • Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field.
