Job Summary:

The Operational Business Data Analyst will play a critical role in driving data-driven decision-making processes across the organization. This position involves analyzing complex data sets, developing insightful reports, and providing actionable recommendations to improve operational efficiency and business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights, and develop and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and develop models and simulations to forecast operational outcomes and support decision-making.
  • Translate complex data into clear and actionable business insights and present findings and recommendations to senior management.
  • Ensure data integrity and accuracy by implementing data quality best practices and developing and maintaining data documentation and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related field.
  • Experience in an operational or business analyst role is highly desirable.
  • Proficient in data analysis tools and software (e.g., SQL, Excel, Tableau, Power BI).
  • Strong knowledge of statistical analysis and modeling.
  • Experience with data warehousing and ETL processes.
