Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Provide technical support for Medline's Logistics Systems, including Warehouse Management, Transportation Management, and Labor Management Systems.
Troubleshoot and develop solutions for application issues, providing exceptional customer support to internal and external customers.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement improvements and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or equivalent experience.
At least 2+ years of experience in a related area, with a strong understanding of logistics systems and processes.
Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to work well under pressure and make key decisions.
Preferred Qualifications
Prior experience with warehouse management systems and SAP.
Experience with documentation tools, such as JIRA, ISM, or HEAT.
