Primary Responsibilities

  1. Maintain a safe working environment at all times.
  2. Process quotes and orders for designated clients efficiently.
  3. Handle Quote Requests and Orders promptly.
  4. Prioritize and expedite emergency orders as they arrive.
  5. Manage phone inquiries with speed and professionalism.
  6. Keep the workspace tidy and well-organized.
  7. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  8. Collaborate with warehouse staff to guarantee accurate billing of freight charges.
  9. Assist with returns and stock orders as necessary.
  10. Support shipping and receiving operations.
  11. Help with Parts Warranty and core returns when required.
  12. Manage the order priority board and shop parts requests.
  13. Focus on the service department's parts research and ordering needs.
  14. Engage in training sessions with vendors and participate in educational programs.
  15. Contribute to the annual inventory process.
  16. Perform additional tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

1. High School Diploma or equivalent

2. 3-5 years of experience in automotive or construction and mining parts sales

3. Proven experience with parts lookup and sales is essential.

Physical Demands

This position is primarily sedentary; however, it may require occasional standing, bending, walking, and lifting items weighing up to 50 lbs.

Job Type: Full-time

Work Schedule:

  • 8-hour shifts
  • Monday through Friday
  • On-call duties may be required
  • Weekend availability may be necessary

License/Certification:

  • Valid Driver's License is required
