Identity and Access Management Specialist

As an Identity and Access Management Specialist at Saxon Global, you will be responsible for providing administrative access to technology platforms and maintaining effective service relationships with business units. This role requires strong analytical and problem resolution skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide administrative access to technology platforms such as operating systems, databases, or infrastructure components within a production environment.
• Perform administration on workstations, including installing/uninstalling applications, changing operating systems configuration, and operating system maintenance.
• Execute privileged commands and complete access security requests to grant, update, or remove employees and contractors' systems access.
• Analyze the security impact of each request, identify approvals needed, and determine the appropriate approach to complete the request.
• Maintain effective service relationships with business units by keeping them informed of the status of their access requests and tickets, and provide non-technical answers to access questions.
• Meet team and departmental service levels and objectives, and resolve Tier 2 and 3 technical issues to determine root cause and implement corrective action.
• Accountable for meeting quality, productivity, and service standards, and identify opportunities to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of access administration processes and procedures.
• Apply risk management knowledge to improve efficiency and effectiveness of access administration, and participate in project support related to access provisioning and improving current workflows.
• Ensure data integrity for access information that enables accurate identity and access management provisioning, and assist internal employees and contractors in increasing their awareness of IAM policy and standards.
• Participate in special projects and perform other duties as assigned.
Required Skills/Education
• Knowledge of ServiceNow, SailPoint, ID Vault, JIRA, PowerShell, Active Directory, LDAP, CyberArk, and other business applications.
• Familiarity with technology and security concepts, including AD, UNIX, and ORACLE DB2 Platform Provisioning.
• Undergraduate degree in a related field or equivalent combination of training and experience.
• Security administration experience preferred, as well as strong client relationship management skills and analytical and problem resolution skills.
