ServiceNow Implementation Specialist

As a highly skilled ServiceNow Developer with expertise in Agile methodologies, you will play a key role in designing, architecting, and implementing HRSD solutions on the ServiceNow platform. With a strong background in technical architecture and at least 2+ years of ServiceNow implementation experience, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality solutions that meet the needs of our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and implement HRSD solutions on the ServiceNow platform, leveraging your expertise in technical architecture and Agile methodologies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of technical stories during Sprint cycles.
Develop solutions on the ServiceNow platform using an "Architecture first" principle, ensuring scalability and maintainability.
Requirements:
3+ years of technical architecture experience and at least 2+ years of ServiceNow implementation experience.
Experience in ServiceNow implementations across 2 or more modules, including HRSD and Employee Center Pro.
Strong working knowledge of ServiceNow Back-End and Integrations, including Integration HUB, SOAP, REST, Data Sources, Import Set, and Transform maps.
Strong skills in User Interface design, Analytical, Problem solving, and Quantitative skills.
Desirable Skills:
Knowledge of HCM products like Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, etc.
ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist - HRSD.
Experience in Service Catalog rationalization, catalog Items with workflows, business rules, UI Pages, UI actions.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, ability to work effectively in virtual teams across multiple locations.
