Job Summary:

The Casino Services Representative will provide exceptional guest experiences and Caesars Rewards related functions in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. This role is responsible for maintaining accountability of funds, accurate records, and providing various monetary transactions to guests while promoting Caesars Rewards benefits and products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Cash Handling and Transactions: Perform cash handling tasks in accordance with cash handling procedures, including cashing personal checks, processing cash advance transactions, and issuing and redeeming markers.
  • Guest Engagement: Actively promote and assist guests with all Caesars Rewards related products, services, and promotions, including Caesars Rewards Visa, tier benefits, and the Caesars Rewards App.
  • Customer Service: Greet, assist, and give a warm farewell to guests in accordance with Spotlight requirements, respond to guest inquiries and questions in a professional and helpful manner, and handle and solve all guest concerns.
  • Knowledge and Compliance: Learn and maintain knowledge of all aspects of the Title 31 program, including BSA, AML, KYC, and Verbal address verification procedures, and follow all aspects of the Caesars Responsible Gaming program.
  • Additional Responsibilities: Assist guests in cashing their winning sports betting wagers outside of normal Book operating hours, maintain and update guest information in the casino maintenance system as needed, and maintain accountability of funds and records in accordance with requirements of the MS State Gaming Commission, Harrah's Gulf Coast internal controls, and department policies and procedures.
Requirements:
  • Previous Experience: Previous cash handling experience and customer service experience required.
  • Knowledge and Skills: Previous knowledge of the Title 31 BSA preferred, strong computer skills, including data entry and the ability to quickly navigate multiple tabs, and the ability to do simple math.
  • Personal Qualities: Must possess excellent customer service and communication skills, demonstrate problem-solving and decision-making abilities, and be able to initiate and engage in conversation in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Physical and Mental Demands: Able to read, write, and speak English sufficiently to perform the job, available to work any shift, holidays, and weekends, and able to tolerate a loud and noisy environment.
