Role Summary

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Cocktail Server to join our team at Boomtown Casino Biloxi. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will provide exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a memorable experience in our casino bars.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personalized service to guests, using their name and addressing their needs promptly.
  • Resolve service issues efficiently and effectively, following established guidelines.
  • Serve as an ambassador of goodwill, representing our brand in a positive and professional manner.
  • Promote casino events and programs, enhancing the overall guest experience.
  • Deliver fast, friendly, and professional beverage service to guests, maintaining a high level of quality and consistency.
  • Monitor guest consumption of alcohol, intervening as needed to ensure responsible service.
  • Take drink orders, communicate with bartenders, and assist in the preparation of drinks.
  • Handle money transactions accurately and efficiently, following established procedures.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members, including beverage servers, bartenders, and supervisors.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workstation, ensuring a safe and efficient work environment.
Requirements
  • Must be at least 21 years old.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Must complete the ServSafe Alcohol training certification course.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to count money and change correctly.
  • Knowledge of tray service and cocktail ingredients.
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Meet professional appearance standards, as prescribed by company policy.
  • Ability to lift and carry a full cocktail tray (up to 20 lbs.) for extended periods.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, often crowded environment.
