Drain Service Technician

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Drain Service Technician. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the highest level of satisfaction for our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Communicate effectively with customers to understand their plumbing needs and provide solutions
- Diagnose and repair plumbing issues, including clearing drains and performing whole-home plumbing inspections
- Work collaboratively with licensed plumbers to ensure seamless service delivery
- Follow our proven process to ensure exceptional customer experiences
- Valid driver's license and ability to drive company vehicle
- Ability to lift at least 35 lbs. and work in confined spaces
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
