Key Responsibilities:- Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies to drive growth across the Land O'Lakes enterprise.
- Conduct market research and analysis to inform business decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch new products and initiatives.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and partners.
- Current first-year MBA student with an expected graduation date of Spring or Summer 2026.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong interest in brand management, general management, and/or marketing focus.
