Join Our Team as a Treatment Coordinator
At Onsite Dental, we are dedicated to providing exceptional patient care and are currently seeking a skilled Treatment Coordinator to enhance our team. As a Treatment Coordinator, you will play a vital role in guiding patients through their treatment journey, ensuring a seamless experience from initial consultation to treatment acceptance.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the patient experience from start to finish.
- Discuss and clarify treatment options, set schedules, and prepare financial arrangements with patients.
- Input and monitor patient treatment plans within our system.
- Possess a thorough understanding of insurance plans and follow up with patients accordingly.
- Collect payments at the time of service.
- Manage and organize Doctor and Hygiene schedules.
- Confirm patient appointments and collaborate closely with the Dentist on consultation reports and progress.
- Handle Accounts Receivable reports as directed by the Practice Manager.
- Complete all assigned tasks and responsibilities related to front office operations.
- Actively contribute as a team member to achieve patient satisfaction and office productivity goals.

Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills with a commitment to providing 'white glove' service.
- Strong work ethic and a passion for working with patients.
- Ability to adapt to the culture of the clients we serve as well as the values of Onsite Dental.
