Job Summary

H&T Medicals, Inc. is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to serve as our Director of Nursing Services. As a key member of our team, you will oversee the training of homecare CNAs and HMs, as well as supervise the RN Clinical Supervisor.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with HR and the Scheduling Department to ensure that staff assigned to clients work well together.
  • Ensure the completion of admission assessments and recertification of clients and staff according to RI Regulations.
  • Provide supervision, leadership, training, guidance, and mentoring for all assigned caregivers.

Qualifications

  • Registered Nurse with at least 2 years of clinical experience, including 1 year as an RN, and 1 year of experience working in homecare.
  • Working knowledge of RI Department of Health Home Care Regulations.
  • Strong leadership, teaching, and training skills.
  • Proven customer service skills, sound independent judgment, initiative, and solid organization and time management skills.
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English; Spanish language is a plus.
