A highly motivated and results-driven sales professional is needed to develop new clients while growing revenue with existing clients in the HVAC/R industry.

We are a one-stop shop offering various options in unitary and specialty equipment, repair and replacement parts, and maintenance supplies for residential, light commercial, refrigeration, and facilities maintenance. Our goal is to provide our customers with the best products, programs, and services to help them succeed in their businesses.
Responsibilities:
The primary responsibility of this role is to identify new business opportunities, build strong relationships, and deliver outstanding solutions to valued customers. In a fast-paced environment, you will have the freedom to execute sales strategies to win. You will also be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales plans, analyzing market trends, and identifying areas for growth.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you should have a high school diploma or equivalent, along with a minimum of 2 years of sales experience. Experience with cold calling strategies and growing existing accounts is essential. Self-motivation and a results-oriented approach are also crucial for success in this position. Additionally, you should be able to work independently while collaborating with a team.
Salary and Benefits:
This position offers a bi-weekly base salary of $3,076.02, which calculates to an estimated annual salary of $80,000. In addition to your base salary, you will be eligible for commission (0.5% of net sales and 9% of gross margin), as well as great benefits such as medical, dental, vision, company-paid life insurance, voluntary life insurance, a 401(k)-plan eligibility after 6 months of employment, paid time off (PTO), floating holidays, 6 federal paid holidays, and gym membership reimbursement.
