Job Summary

Photography Team Lead - Media Fusion

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Photography Team Lead to join our team at Media Fusion LLC. As a Photography Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading our photography team and overseeing the production of high-quality visual content for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of photographers to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of visual content
  • Develop and implement photography strategies to meet client needs and expectations
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their visual content requirements and provide solutions
  • Oversee the production of visual content, including still photography and video production
  • Ensure compliance with client requirements and company standards
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in photography

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 5+ years of experience in photography, with a focus on still photography and video production
  • Proven track record of leading and managing teams
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop and Lightroom
  • Ability to travel as needed

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of Air Force culture and protocol
  • Experience with photo and video editing software
  • Ability to perform photo scanning and file transfers
  • Computer system knowledge and familiarity with both Apple and Windows

Physical Requirements

The physical demands described herein are representative of those which must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of the job. Employees must possess the ability to work in a standard office or conference room setting and use standard office equipment, including a computer. To visit other company sites, employees must be able to operate a motor vehicle and fly in an aircraft, both of which may require sitting for prolonged periods of time. Employees must possess vision to read printed materials and a computer screen; and hearing and speech to communicate in person, before groups and over the telephone. Standing in work areas and walking between work areas will be required. This position requires an employee to occasionally bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, climb or balance; reach, push, and pull drawers and doors open and closed. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 20 pounds.
