Primary Responsibilities:

  3. Performance Oversight: Assess team performance, offering constructive feedback, coaching, and training to foster continuous growth.
  4. Recruitment and Training: Attract, onboard, and educate new agents to cultivate a high-achieving sales force.
  5. Client Engagement: Build and maintain robust client relationships, ensuring outstanding service to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
  6. Market Research: Analyze market trends to uncover new opportunities within the life insurance landscape.

Required Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated success in life insurance sales with 3-5 years of experience, including 1-2 years in a leadership capacity.
  • Thorough understanding of life insurance offerings, underwriting procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and achieving revenue targets.
  • Necessary licenses and certifications (e.g., Life Insurance Producer License) as mandated. Only candidates with an active Life Insurance license should apply.
