- Guest Service
- Provide warm and sincere greetings to guests
- Anticipate and meet guests' needs
- Respond to guest challenges with patience and courtesy
- Order Taking and Preparation
- Take and confirm food and beverage orders accurately
- Prepare and serve coffee, espresso, and other beverages
- Process payments and balance sales/receipts
- Food Safety and Sanitation
- Understand and follow food allergy procedures and special orders/restrictions
- Comply with all safety and sanitation guidelines and procedures
- Teamwork and Communication
- Work effectively with other team members to ensure seamless service

Requirements
- Ability to work a variety of hours, days, and shifts, including weekends
