Job Title: Contact Center Member Service Specialist

VyStar Credit Union is seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Contact Center Member Service Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our contact center, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our members through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide timely and accurate responses to member inquiries, resolving issues and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Offer personalized solutions and recommendations to meet members' financial needs, including deposit and loan products.
  • Utilize knowledge of VyStar's products and services to effectively promote and sell financial solutions to members.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless member experiences and resolve complex issues.
  • Meet or exceed productivity and quality standards, ensuring high levels of member satisfaction and loyalty.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Minimum one year of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the financial industry.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications.
