Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Lead Contracts and Grants Analyst, Pre-Award. This role will provide comprehensive administrative and budgetary support to principal investigators and manage the coordination of program development activities for the School of Medicine.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee all operational aspects of pre-award services and compliance, ensuring adherence to federal and state policies and regulations.
  • Conduct comprehensive analysis of funding mechanisms and awards, and review proposals to ensure institutional compliance.
  • Submit complex proposals and assess and resolve complex contracts and grants issues.
  • Participate in operational planning and training activities, and collaborate on post-award aspects to ensure continuity and compliance.
Requirements

The ideal candidate will have advanced knowledge of relevant regulations and requirements, and experience with NIH submissions. They will also possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and be able to work independently with decision-making responsibility.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $81,500 - $150,100 annually, with an expected pay scale of up to $115,000 annually. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for professional growth and development.
