Key Responsibilities
  • Room Preparation: Clean and prepare guest rooms to the highest standards, including making beds, restocking linens and amenities, and ensuring all surfaces are clean and dust-free.
  • Housekeeping Operations: Maintain the cleanliness and organization of all public areas, including lobbies, corridors, and common spaces.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Clean and maintain all housekeeping equipment, including vacuum cleaners, mops, and cleaning solutions.
  • Guest Services: Provide exceptional customer service to our guests, responding to their needs and requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other housekeeping staff to ensure seamless operations and achieve team goals.
Requirements
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with guests, colleagues, and management.
  • Attention to Detail: High attention to detail and ability to maintain a high level of cleanliness and organization in all areas.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift, carry, and move heavy cleaning equipment and supplies, as well as stand for long periods of time.
  • Availability: Availability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and evenings, including weekends and holidays.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous Housekeeping Experience: Previous experience in housekeeping or a related field, with a strong understanding of cleaning procedures and protocols.

  • Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively with other staff members to achieve team goals and objectives.
