At Invited Clubs, we're looking for a skilled Customer Service Training Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you'll be responsible for ensuring the highest level of professionalism and customer service is provided to our Members and Guests.

As a Supervisor, you'll oversee the outside service staff, promoting the game of golf and the club, and implementing training programs to maintain a well-trained staff. You'll also assist golfers after their round, coordinate services with other golf operations staff, and interact with Members and Guests professionally.

We're looking for someone with excellent customer service experience, who is comfortable working in both indoor and outdoor environments with frequent exposure to extreme temperatures and humidity. If you're passionate about delivering exceptional service and have a strong work ethic, we'd love to hear from you.
