Your Role:

We are seeking a talented individual to join our team as an Eyewear Specialist & Practice Coordinator. In this role, you will manage the retail and repair of eyewear products while ensuring exceptional follow-up care for our patients.

Join us in our mission to advance eye health and improve the lives of our patients in a fulfilling and dynamic setting.
This is a permanent full-time position with a standard workweek.

Your Responsibilities:
• Educating clients on optimal eyewear choices tailored to their lifestyle, ensuring they receive excellent value and quality
• Informing patients about the latest advancements in corrective eyewear solutions and assisting them in selecting frames that meet their aesthetic and functional needs
• Interpreting optical prescriptions as provided by optometrists
• Conducting frame and facial measurements to guarantee proper fit and positioning of new eyewear, along with performing repairs and adjustments for returning patients
• Submitting eyewear prescriptions to our manufacturing partners
• Contributing to the achievement of retail sales targets
• Upholding outstanding customer service standards through your interpersonal skills and problem-solving abilities, whether in person, over the phone, or via email

Your Qualifications:
• A minimum of two years of experience in the optical field is preferred
• A strong sales orientation
• Previous experience in a customer-facing role, ideally in a retail environment
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting
• A professional demeanor and a passion for engaging with people
• Commitment to being a valuable member of a high-performing team
• Proficiency in technology and computer systems, with solid skills in MS Office Suite
• A proven ability to learn new systems and processes
• Fluency in Spanish is an asset

Compensation:

Salary ranges from $27 to $30 per hour, depending on experience.


Education:

High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
