Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with the VP, Finance to identify talent gaps and develop strategies to address them.
  • Lead the finance team in creating and providing value-added financial reports to drive profitable sales growth and operational efficiencies.
  • Develop and present monthly reporting packages, budget reviews, and project analysis to leadership.
  • Effectively partner with field and functional teams to provide financial tools and expertise to drive customer growth and reduce operations costs.
  • Prepare and present financial modeling for business cases and capital requests, challenging and driving the Field leaders to a business-like mindset.
About You

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced finance professional with a strong track record of leadership and strategic thinking. You will have a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field, and a minimum of 10 years of experience in a management capacity, with a strong background in finance and leadership.

You will be a strong communicator with excellent interpersonal and leadership skills, and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment. You will also have a strong ability to think creatively, generate options, build consensus, and execute.
