    • Participate in training and development programs to improve skills and knowledge.

Requirements

  • Education and Experience
    • High school diploma or equivalent required.
    • 1-2 years of customer service experience preferred.
  • Skills and Abilities
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
    • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Working Conditions

This is a full-time position, and the successful candidate will be required to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends. The position may also require occasional overtime.
