**Influencer Marketing Coordinator**

We are seeking a skilled Influencer Marketing Coordinator to join our team at 24 Seven Talent. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for cultivating organic relationships with influencers, managing and building a database of brand-aligned influencers, and negotiating and effectively managing paid and organic influencer partnerships.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and engagement

• Collaborate with creative and social teams to ensure content is effectively leveraged across 360 marketing channels

• Manage and maintain relationships with influencers, including negotiation of partnerships and management of micro-influencer strategies

• Stay up-to-date on the ever-changing influencer landscape across different sectors and social media platforms

**Qualifications:**

• 2+ years of experience in paid/organic influencer marketing, PR, and events

• In-depth knowledge of working in paid influencer programs and affiliate marketing

• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to build and maintain excellent internal and external relationships

• Existing relationships with editors, press, and makeup artists

• Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and problem-solving skills
