Position: Regional Portfolio Manager

Location: Portland, OR

Compensation: $85,000-95,000 annually

At The Management Group, Inc., we are on the lookout for a skilled Regional Portfolio Manager to supervise our varied property portfolio in the Portland, OR region. In this pivotal role, you will play a key part in enhancing property performance, fostering robust owner relationships, and guiding a team towards exceptional outcomes.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with senior management to execute effective business strategies.
  • Oversee and improve financial outcomes, including budgeting and comprehensive financial evaluations.
  • Establish and nurture strong relationships with multiple property owners, offering strategic advice on property objectives.
  • Manage daily property operations, emphasizing resident satisfaction and retention.
  • Design and implement strategic marketing initiatives in collaboration with the marketing department.
  • Ensure adherence to Landlord-Tenant and Fair Housing regulations.
  • Maintain an in-depth understanding of rental pricing and market dynamics.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related discipline (preferred).
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in multisite property management.
  • Proficiency in budgeting, financial reporting, and analysis.
  • Strong leadership and communication abilities with an emphasis on client relations.
  • Familiarity with Oregon Landlord-Tenant and Fair Housing regulations.
  • Capability to manage multiple properties and excel in a dynamic environment.
