Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our interdisciplinary team. As a BCBA, you will be integral to ensuring the highest possible treatment outcomes for families affected by ASD.

You will design and manage individualized behavior programming, including managing RBTs/BTs, supervising direct 1:1 ABA service delivery, conducting behavior assessments, and coordinating with other professionals on your clients' treatment team.

Responsibilities
  • Design and manage individualized behavior programming
  • Manage RBTs/BTs
  • Supervise direct 1:1 ABA service delivery
  • Conduct behavior assessments
  • Individualize client treatment goals and objectives
  • Conduct monthly caregiver training
  • Coordinate with other professionals on your clients' treatment team
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field
  • BCBA Certification - Must hold a current certification by the BACB
  • BCBAs that require additional experience will be enrolled in our BCBA mentorship program
