We are seeking a skilled Certified Nursing Assistant to join our Behavioral Health team at Masonicare Health Center in Wallingford, CT.

**About the Role:**
As a Behavioral Health CNA, you will provide high-quality care to our residents on a 50-bed state-of-the-art Behavioral Health Hospital unit. You will work under the direction and supervision of a licensed nurse to perform basic nursing care procedures, including assisting with meals and nourishments, transferring using proper body mechanics and assistive devices, ambulations, bathing, toileting, and dressing and grooming.

**Responsibilities:**

* Provide direct care to residents, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
* Assist with meals and nourishments
* Transfer residents using proper body mechanics and assistive devices
* Ambulate residents
* Perform vital signs and other basic nursing care procedures
* Follow treatment plans designed to meet the needs and abilities of each resident

**Requirements:**

* Current Connecticut certification as a nurse's aide - C.N.A.
* CPR certification
