Your Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain a high-performing portfolio of commercial clients, exceeding targets within a specified timeframe.
- Cultivate new business opportunities by identifying potential prospects who can benefit from our services.
- Ensure seamless collaboration with internal teams, including Concurrence and the Small Business Loan Center, to meet client needs efficiently.
- Monitor assigned loan portfolios for any signs of repayment difficulties and proactively address them.
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills of junior relationship managers, enabling them to provide exceptional service to our customers.
- A minimum of 3+ years of experience in lending or a related field.
- Excellent communication skills, allowing you to effectively interact with personnel at all levels.
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications, including Office Suite and other relevant tools.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Completion of 6+ hours of accounting coursework.
