Key Responsibilities- Develop HR Analytics Strategy: Lead the development and implementation of a comprehensive HR analytics strategy aligned with organizational objectives, focusing on key areas such as enterprise talent strategies, talent acquisition, retention, performance management, Associate Engagement and DI&B.
- Data Management and Governance: Oversee the collection, integration, and maintenance of HR data from multiple sources, ensuring data integrity, accuracy, and compliance with privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).
- Data Analysis and Insights Generation: Utilize advanced analytical techniques to analyze HR data, identify trends, patterns, and correlations, and translate findings into actionable insights and recommendations for HR initiatives and programs.
- Predictive Modeling and Forecasting: Develop predictive models and forecasting methodologies to anticipate future workforce trends, identify potential risks, and proactively address talent management challenges.
- HR Metrics and KPIs: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to assess the effectiveness of HR programs and initiatives, providing regular reporting and dashboards to HR leadership and senior management.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate closely with HR business partners, and Centers of Excellence to understand their data needs, provide analytical support, and drive data-driven decision-making.
- Technology and Tools: Evaluate and implement advanced HR analytics tools, technologies, and platforms to enhance data visualization, reporting capabilities, and self-service analytics for HR stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, statistics, data science, business analytics, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Proven experience (8+ years) in HR analytics, workforce planning, or related roles, with a track record of successfully leveraging data to drive HR strategies and initiatives.
- Leadership experience, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team, foster a culture of collaboration and innovation, and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in statistical analysis, data mining, predictive modeling, and data visualization tools (e.g., R, Python, SQL, Tableau, Power BI).
- Strong understanding of HR processes, policies, and best practices, with the ability to translate business requirements into analytical solutions.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
