About the Role

The Paycom Contract Specialist I is responsible for assisting the legal department in the administration, implementation, and quality control of contracts. This includes various administrative duties and filings by reviewing signed agreements for new clients or current clients adding additional products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage large document review projects to ensure timely and accurate completion.
  • Process incoming agreements for approval, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Review and determine signed client agreements for approval, maintaining a high standard of attention to detail.
  • Provide assistance with various administrative duties, including data entry and record-keeping.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the legal department.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 0-1+ years of administrative experience, with a strong background in contract administration.
  • Previous legal or compliance experience is highly desirable.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining organization and timely completion of projects.
  • High standard of excellence in attention to details, deadlines, policies, and procedures.
  • Demonstrated proficiency with computers, specifically Microsoft Office suite.
