Key Responsibilities

The selected candidate will be responsible for:

  • Collaborating with management to align marketing strategies with business objectives.
  • Enhancing the SEO performance of the company’s website and ensuring content is current and relevant.
  • Developing email marketing and social media strategies based on competitive analysis and audience insights.
  • Creating engaging marketing materials, including graphics, videos, and social media content for various platforms.
  • Providing analytical reports on marketing campaigns for management review.
  • Assisting in the preparation of proposals and marketing collateral, tracking project opportunities, and managing marketing outreach.
  • Coordinating logistics for conferences and seminars.

  • Ensuring all documents comply with client and company standards.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Arts or Science.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing and administrative roles.
  • A positive attitude and ability to work collaboratively within a team.
  • Strong communication, organizational, writing, and graphic design skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Creative Suite, website development tools, and graphic design software.

Compensation

  • Part-Time or Full-Time position with a salary range of $40,000 to $60,000 annually, plus performance-based bonuses.
