Position Overview:
The Naval Business Unit, dedicated to supporting the Defense and Civilian Sector, is seeking a highly qualified Joint Training Analyst to deliver comprehensive training program analysis and action officer support. This role involves serving as a fleet training subject matter expert (SME) in the realm of tactical training.
Key Responsibilities:
As a training SME, you will leverage extensive experience to facilitate effective information sharing among staff and stakeholders. Your role will include:
- Providing reliable support and well-structured recommendations for various training and real-world scenarios.
- Ensuring the integrity of training objectives while maintaining a robust knowledge base aligned with functional area duties.
- Acting as a catalyst for the development and evaluation of training requirements.
- Delivering expertise to support programs and leaders across all levels, including senior military and civilian sectors.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess significant experience in Joint/Partner Nation Training task requirements, with familiarity in accredited Joint National Training Capability (JNTC) programs and processes. Key qualifications include:
- Minimum of six years of relevant experience in training analysis, curriculum development, and project management.
- Proficiency in conducting fleet training analyses to identify gaps and solutions.
- Experience in designing and delivering training events, both in-person and online.
- Strong public speaking, presentation, and time management skills.
Specific Duties:
Your responsibilities will encompass:
- Supporting the execution of all phases of the Joint Training System (JTS) for accredited joint training programs.
- Collaborating with operational Fleet headquarters and training commands to facilitate training activities.
- Providing expertise on the JTS and integrating resources to support training audiences.
- Designing, planning, and executing joint training events while ensuring compliance with JTS standards.
- Coordinating and validating training requirements among partner nations during bilateral and multilateral events.
Education and Experience:
Applicants must be U.S. citizens with a Bachelor’s degree and possess a Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility. Active military experience at a senior command level is required, along with:
- Ten years of functional area experience in training analysis.
- Proven communication skills at both junior management and senior executive levels.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
Desired Skills:
Experience with U.S. Air Force operations and familiarity with various training policies and procedures will be advantageous.
