We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Analyst to join our team at the Judicial Council of California. As a Senior Analyst, you will play a critical role in developing and delivering statewide, regional, and online trainings for Family Court Services directors, supervisors, and managers.
Key Responsibilities- Lead, plan, and deliver trainings on best practices in court management, child well-being, and family conflict.
- Work directly with Directors to determine training needs and develop curriculum.
- Design and implement training programs that meet requirements for continuing education credit.
- Provide technical assistance and subject matter expertise to court-based Family Court Services Directors.
- Collaborate with team members to provide statistical reporting and research support.
- Manage budget for training, research projects, and technical assistance.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Advanced knowledge of family court services and training best practices.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
