Job Summary

The Deduction Compliance Manager - Financial Oversight Specialist is a critical role within our finance and customer service teams at Euro Foods Inc DBA Citterio USA, responsible for overseeing and validating all customer deductions to ensure compliance with company policies and contractual agreements.

This position receives primary supervision from the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and additional guidance from the Sales Director. The Deduction Compliance Manager - Financial Oversight Specialist also supervises the Accounts Receivable Coordinator and collaborates closely with various departments to resolve discrepancies and maintain the financial integrity of customer transactions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee and validate all customer deductions to ensure compliance with company policies and contractual agreements.
  • Collaborate with various departments to resolve discrepancies and maintain the financial integrity of customer transactions.
  • Supervise the Accounts Receivable Coordinator and provide guidance on financial matters.
  • Work closely with the CFO and Sales Director to ensure alignment with company goals and objectives.
Reporting Structure

This position reports directly to the CFO and, indirectly, to the Director of Sales.

Supervision Exercised

This position provides indirect supervision to the Accounts Receivable Coordinator.
