Clinical Support Technician

Responsibilities:
- Assist pharmacists in the preparation of medications and other healthcare products for patients.
- Measure medication dosages accurately, following established protocols.
- Process prescriptions using computer software, maintaining patient confidentiality and adhering to regulatory guidelines.
- Monitor storage and inventory of medications and supplies, reporting any discrepancies or concerns to management.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in pharmacy or related fields is essential.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills are required to interpret prescription orders and ensure accurate medication preparation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are necessary to effectively interact with patients, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals.
- A strong attention to detail is crucial to maintain accuracy and quality in medication preparation.
