Job DescriptionAs a vital member of the Kristin Staropoli - State Farm Agent team, you will play a key role in our daily business operations and customer success. Your primary responsibility will be to establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a liaison between their needs and our agency departments. You will also be responsible for proactively marketing relevant products and services to improve the lives of our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and maintain customer relationships, following up as needed to ensure satisfaction.
  • Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, addressing inquiries regarding insurance eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
  • Promote successful and long-lasting customer relationships through effective communication and relationship-building skills.
Requirements:
  • Experience in sales and client relationship management preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills, including written, verbal, and listening skills.
  • Dedicated to providing exceptional customer service and meeting customer needs.
