Business Development Representative

Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain customer relationships, following up as needed to ensure satisfaction.
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, addressing inquiries regarding insurance eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
- Promote successful and long-lasting customer relationships through effective communication and relationship-building skills.
- Experience in sales and client relationship management preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, including written, verbal, and listening skills.
- Dedicated to providing exceptional customer service and meeting customer needs.
