Job Description

Our ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 1+ years of paraprofessional or special education experience. In this role, you will work closely with teachers to create a supportive learning environment. Key responsibilities include collaborating with educational staff, assisting students with classroom activities and assignments, and providing one-on-one support to students with special needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with teachers to develop lesson plans and support student learning
  • Assist students with classroom activities, homework, and assignments
  • Provide individualized support to students with special needs
  • Foster a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere
  • Assist in classroom management and behavior support

Requirements:

  • Associated degree or high school diploma with paraprofessional certification
  • Previous experience in educational settings
  • Patience and a passion for working with students
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
