ISP Classroom Assistant

About the Job: As an ISP Classroom Assistant at Lincoln Public Schools, you will play a critical role in supporting students with disabilities in their educational journey. You will work closely with teachers to implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and provide individualized instruction and support to students.
Responsibilities:
- Assist teachers in developing and implementing IEPs for students in the ISP program
- Provide individualized instruction and support to students with disabilities
- Collaborate with teachers and other support staff to ensure student success
Skills and Qualifications: To succeed in this role, you must be able to develop positive relationships with students, staff, and families, and demonstrate a commitment to providing culturally responsive support. You must also be willing to receive training in behavior techniques and instructional strategies.
Compensation: The estimated salary for this position is $45,000-$60,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
