Program Trainer

Comp-U-Dopt is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Program Trainer to join our team. As a Program Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality educational programs to youth and adult learners, with a focus on technology education and digital literacy.
Key Responsibilities- Program Delivery: Lead training classes for elementary, middle, or high school youth, as well as parents and other adult learners, and deliver programs in line with developed curriculum.
- Classroom Management: Actively engage with students to ensure their learning and knowledge retention, and facilitate a strong classroom culture through authentic relationships with students and consistent behavior and classroom management.
- Curriculum Development: Provide feedback and suggestions on curriculum and program revision, and contribute to the development of new programs and materials.
- Program Evaluation: Collect classroom information, including attendance and metric and measurement reports, to ensure the continuous improvement and quality of the program.
- Team Collaboration: Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed, and maintain a safe and healthy training environment by following organization standards and legal regulations.
- Education: High School graduate or GED, and a Bachelor's degree or pursuing a degree in a relevant or related field is preferred.
- Experience: Previous experience working in a classroom environment, and knowledge and experience in teaching/training technology, digital literacy, or STEM-related programming is required.
- Certifications: CPR, First Aid, AED certifications are preferred.
