Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Licensed Clinical Social Worker to join our team as a Telepsychiatry Therapist. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing patient-centered therapy interventions, developing and implementing clinical procedures, and collaborating with our multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement clinical procedures and guidelines, as needed
  • Participate in staff meetings and case presentations
  • Supervise Care Coordinators during initial intakes
  • Provide supervision and consultation to staff and student interns
  • Provide patient-centered therapy interventions, including individual, group, and family therapy
  • Document patient screenings, psychosocial assessments, progress, and referral information in our electronic medical record
  • Advocate for patients' access to community resources
  • Develop treatment plans in collaboration with patients, families, and treatment team members
  • Coordinate and communicate with the treatment team to provide the best care to patients
  • Monitor patient progress towards goals and address termination/discharge related issues
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Social Work or related field
  • Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or eligible for licensure
  • Experience in telepsychiatry or mental health settings
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
