About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team at Servpro of Cincinnati. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and increasing brand awareness in our assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed assigned sales goals
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners to drive business growth
  • Utilize marketing tools and CRM software to track lead activity and opportunities
  • Participate in marketing events and activities to increase brand awareness
  • Monitor and follow-up on assigned jobs to ensure customer needs are met
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or business or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of two years of direct sales experience
  • Strong process and results-driven attitude
  • Experience in the cleaning, restoration, or insurance industry is preferred
