Main Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate the post-closing process, ensuring all loan documentation is accurate and complete.
  • Monitor and track loan packages, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution of any issues.
  • Collaborate with the Commercial Loan Closers and Record Retention teams to ensure seamless communication and efficient workflow.
  • Provide guidance and support to junior team members, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Develop and implement quality control measures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in commercial loan closing or a related field.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Proficient in software and systems programs, with the ability to learn new technologies quickly.
