Technical Agile Coach
Location: Remote


We are seeking a proficient Agile Coach with extensive experience in technical coaching, continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD), and DevOps practices. The successful candidate will demonstrate a commitment to guiding teams through Agile transformations while nurturing a collaborative and innovative work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Educate staff at all levels on Agile methodologies.
  • Conduct training sessions to facilitate Agile adoption.
  • Mentor teams in Agile practices and principles.
  • Provide constructive feedback, encourage growth, and address team inquiries.
  • Collaborate with diverse roles to offer hands-on support.
  • Implement Agile processes and practices organization-wide.
  • Encourage collaboration, transparency, and innovation.
  • Exemplify Agile principles through leadership.

Required Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in technical Agile coaching.
  • Proficiency in CI/CD, DevOps, and transitioning from waterfall to Agile methodologies.
  • Familiarity with Lean Agile practices, including SAFe.
  • Ability to support multiple teams concurrently.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Capability to customize coaching approaches for different teams.
  • SAFe SPC 6.0 certification and experience in delivering SAFe training.

Essential Skills:

  • Strong leadership qualities and advocacy for Agile methodologies.
  • Outstanding interpersonal, teaching, and motivational abilities.
  • Commitment to continuous learning and self-improvement in Agile practices.
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines, test-driven development (TDD), and behavior-driven development (BDD).

Familiarity with Tools:

  • Jira, Azure DevOps, PowerBI.
