Job Description

As a seasoned Agile Scrum Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams in delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget. Your expertise in Agile methodologies, Scrum frameworks, and technical project management will enable you to drive project success and foster a culture of collaboration and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead Agile Scrum teams in delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  2. Develop and maintain project plans, including Agile project roadmaps, Scrum boards, and burn-down charts.
  3. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify project requirements and develop project scope statements.
  4. Manage project risks, issues, and changes, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
  5. Develop and implement project metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure project success.
  6. Provide coaching and guidance to team members on Agile Scrum principles and practices.
  7. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry standards.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in technical project management, Agile Scrum, and Scrum Master roles.
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Strong expertise in Agile methodologies, Scrum frameworks, and technical project management.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing project requirements.
  • Experience with data engineering, data warehousing, and cloud data migration is a plus.
