Job Title: AI Strategy Leader

Job Summary:

The AI Strategy Leader will play a critical role in defining and implementing Ascensus' AI strategy, working closely with the Transformation team, IT, and the AI Steering Committee. This position involves designing frameworks for use case ideation, prioritization, and value realization, as well as setting up AI governance for the enterprise.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Define and refine AI strategy in collaboration with the Ascensus AI Steering Committee.
  • Design and execute against use case ideation, prioritization, and value realization frameworks.
  • Provide direction to the AI Strategy Analyst on conducting market research and identifying AI governance frameworks.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to identify and prioritize use cases.
  • Ensure use cases are added to scrum teams' technology roadmap and transition to Product Owner for delivery.
  • Chair weekly/bi-weekly Steering Committee meetings and develop materials for governance forums.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree or MBA.
  • 5+ years leading AI Transformation at a top consulting firm, with application of agile methodologies.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools and ChatGPT (or equivalent) tools.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, organizational skills, and interpersonal skills.
  • Exceptional critical thinking skills and metrics-driven mindset.
