Essential Job Functions:
  • Conduct in-depth assessments for various program services and provide intake as assigned.
  • Offer a range of case management, counseling, advocacy, educational, and related services to clients.
  • Leverage agency and community resources to support clients.
  • Assess community conditions affecting clients and identify resource gaps and problems.
  • Recommend financial assistance for clients and provide group services as needed.
  • Meet contractual requirements, such as 24-hour coverage, and represent the agency in the community.
  • Collaborate with diverse staff and service populations.
Qualifications:
  • Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited college or university.
  • LSW, LPC, or Licensee eligible.
  • Requires mobility to work with a community-based caseload.
  • Employment with MFS requires proof of vaccination or an approved Medical exemption.
  • Must have access to a vehicle, valid driver's license, and proof of insurance to perform essential job functions.
Physical Demands:

The employee is required to sit and stand for sustained periods, frequently talk and hear, use hands and fingers to feel, handle, and operate objects or controls, and occasionally stand, bend, stretch, stoop, kneel, and crouch.

The employee is required to have close visual acuity to perform activities such as preparing and analyzing data and figures, transcribing, and viewing a computer terminal.

The employee may occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.

Salary:

Compensation is commensurate with years of related experience, position requirements, and candidate qualifications. The average salary for the position is $65,297.19.
