Therapeutic Mentor

At Northeast Family Services, we are expanding our delivery service to include Therapeutic Mentor for children and adolescents. This innovative new service empowers youth to guide their own treatment while learning new skills.

We are seeking dynamic paraprofessionals to provide services to clients in their homes and community. As a Therapeutic Mentor, you will work with a team of professionals providing an innovative service. You will support the implementation of the Clinician's treatment plan and work with clients to increase their skills building in their own community.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the implementation of the Clinician's treatment plan
• Work with clients to increase their skills building in their own community
• Collaborate with a team of professionals to provide an innovative service

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in a Human Services field
• Minimum one year of experience working with children, youth and families
• Experience working with children diagnosed with behavioral-emotional disorders or children with (ASD) autism spectrum disorder
• Valid driver's license with reliable and consistent access to a vehicle

Compensation:

• Full-time: Salary 50-55k annually
