About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Desktop Support Technician to join our team at TEKsystems. As a Desktop Support Technician, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our medical staff at our main hospital location.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support and assistance to medical staff, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues
  • Configure, install, and troubleshoot application issues
  • Perform basic imaging of computers and troubleshoot issues before escalating
  • Work with medical and business staff to support their IT needs
  • Collaborate with the team to resolve technical issues and improve IT services
Requirements
  • Strong technical skills and knowledge of hardware and software systems
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Experience working in a hospital or healthcare setting is an asset
