Job Opportunity:
Bay Colony Search is seeking a highly skilled and experienced President to lead their field-based service business in the Fort Myers area. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving revenues and operations in blue-collar services businesses, with a strong focus on growth and expansion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive growth strategy to increase market share and expand customer base.
- Provide strategic financial leadership and input on key decision-making issues.
- Manage and motivate a team of functional leaders to achieve revenue and profitability growth objectives.
- Identify and improve operational deficiencies, and continue to professionalize the business as it scales.
Requirements:
- 15+ years of experience with increasing responsibilities, including 5+ years of executive management experience.
- Proven track record of robust sales growth and expanding profitability in a field-based service business.
- Strong business acumen and P&L management experience, with a demonstrated ability to hire, coach, and retain exceptional talent.
- Results-oriented with a strategic entrepreneurial mindset and a roll-up-your-sleeves mentality.
