Position Overview

Compensation: Salary Range: $110K-130K, with a 12% Bonus.

Role Responsibilities

The IT Sourcing Manager will oversee the planning, organization, and execution of procurement activities, ensuring optimal total cost of ownership and high-quality acquisition of goods and services essential for Amtex Systems Inc. The individual will report to the Indirect Procurement Senior Manager and will be tasked with managing commercial and service criteria in accordance with corporate policies, ensuring competitive pricing and safeguarding the company against delivery failures, shortages, and quality issues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders and suppliers to lead sourcing initiatives that achieve desired outcomes, reduce business risks, and enhance efficiencies.
  • Formulate and execute sourcing strategies aligned with business goals, incorporating competitive intelligence.
  • Negotiate with vendors to establish Supply Agreements that minimize total system costs while adhering to company policies.
  • Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and conduct supplier evaluations to maintain quality and delivery standards.
  • Develop and nurture supplier relationships to strengthen the supply base.
  • Monitor market trends and propose alternative sourcing strategies as necessary.
  • Conduct data analysis for sourcing projects and maintain a sourcing database for reporting purposes.
  • Perform additional duties as required.
